Mina Rafla is an Associate Director specialising in private credit, working with Australian fintechs and non-bank lenders to provide bespoke funding solutions. Mina focuses on structuring complex transactions, and enabling businesses to scale their operations sustainably.

He holds a Bachelor of Business & Commerce (Applied Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws from Western Sydney University, where his dual expertise in finance and law shaped his ability to deliver innovative solutions in the financial services industry.

Mina’s professional journey began at Macquarie Group, where he held various roles in structured lending and credit risk. His responsibilities included leading major transactions, such as securitisations and senior debt facilities. Mina has also contributed to structured lending and relationship management at Commonwealth Bank and Greensill Capital, building his skills in financial modelling, due diligence, and deal execution.

Known for his collaborative approach and strategic thinking, Mina plays a vital role in driving growth and innovation within the financial services industry.
