Aura Group has announced the appointment of Mina Rafla as Associate Director in its Private Credit team. Mina’s career began with a strong academic foundation, earning a Bachelor of Business & Commerce (Applied Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws from Western Sydney University. This dual qualification has shaped his ability to navigate the complexities of APAC markets, enabling him to provide innovative and practical solutions.
In his role at Aura Private Credit, Mina is responsible for originating bespoke financial solutions for non-bank lenders and fintechs. His work focuses on providing funding for these businesses' underlying loan portfolios and structuring long-term partnerships that align with their strategic objectives. Mina’s approach emphasises sustainable growth and helping clients navigate an evolving financial landscape with confidence.

At Macquarie Group, he led complex transactions, including securitisation and senior debt facilities, demonstrating his ability to manage intricate financial deals. His time at Commonwealth Bank and Greensill Capital honed his skills in financial analysis, relationship management, and strategic execution.
