Aura Partners (“Aura”), Hassos & Associates (“Hassos”) and Omni Management Group (“Omni”) are pleased to announce that the merger of the 3 accounting firms is finalised. The combined group will trade under the Aura Partners brand and service over 1,800 clients across Australia, Asia, Europe and the US.
The combined group will be led by Anthony Kim (Aura), Peter Hassos (Hassos) and Sheran Chalouhi (Omni).
“For clients of the group, the transaction brings access to Aura’s industry experience, including 35 accountants collectively, bookkeepers, and administration. As a combined group we aim to continue to grow, with an FY 21 revenue target of $5M” said Anthony Kim
“As a merged group we will be able to utilise our combined skillsets to provide greater service to our existing clients and have the scale and efficiency to service larger and more complicated clients” said Peter Hassos.
“Our physical footprint has also expanded with offices in Sydney, Condell Park, Bowral and Singapore,” said Sheran Chalouhi.
About the Partners
Anthony Kim gained experience at a boutique chartered accounting practice, then moved to KPMG, prior to joining Aura Partners. His expertise includes advice to a variety of private to mid-sized businesses, ensuring compliance with business statutory obligations and providing solutions-based advice on business restructuring, reorganisation, performance and tax minimisation strategies.
Peter Hassos has over 25 years of practical experience. Peter owned a boutique accounting practice for 20 years, managing their two offices in Sydney and Bowral. His background includes advising clients in the construction, retail and financial services sector, including high-net-worth individuals, businesses and family groups on tax strategies, investment structuring, estate planning and retirement planning strategies.
Sheran Chalouhi, a Consulting Partner, has over 25 years of experience in the accounting profession. Sheran started and lead her boutique accounting practice for over 15 years, focusing on business, and partnering with her small to medium clients. In addition, Sheran has worked with numerous not-for-profit organisations.
