The Aura Global Endowment Fund is designed for investors seeking a balanced, diversified solution to investing across multiple asset classes and investment styles. The Fund's strategy is underpinned by an experienced team with a 13-year plus track record of managing a portfolio with a similar investment strategy, for a large Corporate Endowment portfolio.

The purpose of this Fund is to generate attractive stable, risk-adjusted returns through asset allocation, specifically positioning exposures using risk-adjusted return analysis. The key differentiator of the Fund is to minimise the risk of substantial negative return periods by balancing exposures with underlying correlation analysis and expected returns projections.

The Fund aims to generate a total return of CPI +2.5% p.a. over rolling 5-year periods, net of fees and expenses. The Manager will tilt towards different investment styles depending on a range of factors, including their assessment and expectations for risk-adjusted returns of asset classes, valuations, economic and market cycles, and general market sentiment/momentum.

Wholesale clients as defined by the Corporations Act who have an accountant’s certificate confirming a gross income of over $250,000 p.a. in each of the previous two years and or net assets of at least $2.5 million. Alternatively, you may qualify without an accountant’s certificate if you invest $500,000 or more. 

The Aura Global Endowment Fund is an open-ended fund that provides semi-annual distributions, targeting a total return of CPI + 2.5% p.a. (net of fees and expenses) over rolling 5-year periods.

Aura Group Funds have a minimum investment of A$250,000. The Fund intends (but does not guarantee) to satisfy withdrawal requests on a monthly basis, provided a valid redemption request is submitted at least 30 days before the last calendar day of each month and subject to available cash. Investors will generally be paid their redemption proceeds within 30 days after the end of each month. 

The Fund has a management fee of 1.08 p.a.% (excluding GST). The Manager has agreed to cover all direct Fund expenses, such as custody and fund administration expenses.

How often is income paid?

The Fund intends to make semi-annual distributions, subject to the performance of the Fund. Investors can elect to re-invest distributions into new Units of the Fund; if no election is made, distributions will be automatically reinvested. The units issued under the distribution period, using the applicable ex-distribution NAV price.

How do I redeem funds?

The Fund intends to satisfy withdrawal requests on a monthly basis, provided a valid redemption request is submitted at least 30 days' before the last calendar day of each month and subject to available cash.
